Information you provide
The inquiry form collects your name, company name, business email, optional phone, equipment type, fleet size, operating region, requested help, and contact preference. A call request also collects preferred times and a time zone. Do not include bank information, passwords, tax IDs, identity documents, or payment card details.
How information is used
The business owner uses this information to review your inquiry, respond to you, manage follow-up tasks, and record agreed next steps. The owner can add internal notes, qualification information, and conversation outcomes. Optional DOT/MC numbers may be recorded during qualification.
Storage and access
Inquiries and CRM records are stored in a persistent Cloudflare D1 database provided through Sites hosting. The owner dashboard requires ChatGPT sign-in and separate server-side owner authorization. The owner can export records and backups, which must be kept securely.
Cookies and spam protection
The hosting service uses sign-in/session cookies for authenticated access. This application does not add advertising trackers or analytics. The form uses a verification question, a hidden spam field, a submission identifier, and request limits. A temporary hash derived from the network address is used for rate limiting. Rate-limit and verification records expire and are cleaned up on subsequent verification requests.
Messages and call requests
Submitting an inquiry requests a response and does not establish a service agreement. There is no marketing subscription, automatic email, SMS campaign, or automatic call booking. Call requests remain pending until the owner confirms details manually. Message drafts in the dashboard are for manual use only.
Retention and your choices
The website stores inquiry records for owner review and follow-up. Archiving hides a record from active views but does not erase it. Contact us to ask about the information held about you or to request its deletion.
The owner can record a do-not-contact preference. Requests to access, correct, or delete personal information require manual handling by the owner.
