How it works

A clear road
to getting started.

01

Tell us about your truck

Share your equipment, preferred routes, and where you’re ready to pick up.

02

Talk through the details

We discuss your priorities and agree on services, responsibilities, and fees.

03

Find the next load

We look for suitable loads, consider the empty miles, and negotiate rates with brokers.

04

Keep us in the loop

We process the load paperwork and pass your delivery updates to the broker. You review and sign carrier documents.

Who can inquire?

Trucking-company owners and owner-operators can tell us about their business, equipment, and routes. We will discuss whether the requested support is a fit.

Which trucks do you work with?

We work with flatbeds, semi dry vans, and box trucks. Tell us where you run so we can discuss loads and support that fit your operation.

How do you help reduce deadhead?

We consider the empty miles between your truck and a potential load when searching. We weigh that distance alongside the route and rate, then negotiate with brokers on your behalf.

What if I am delayed on the road?

Let us know what happened and how it affects your delivery. We relay the information you provide to the broker and keep them informed as you share updates.

Who handles payment for the load?

The broker pays you as the carrier, either directly or through your factoring company. B&A does not collect, hold, or distribute freight payments.

Who signs documents and carries the insurance?

We process the load paperwork; you review and sign the carrier documents. You remain responsible for the load and all required insurance. B&A provides dispatch coordination and does not assume liability for the load.

How are services and fees agreed?

We discuss the support you need, each party’s responsibilities, and fees with you before work begins.

Does an inquiry start a service agreement?

No. Submitting an inquiry requests a response. It does not create a service agreement or make you an active customer.

When can I reach you?

Business hours are still being finalized. Request a call with your phone number and a good time to reach you, and we’ll respond as soon as we’re able. We’ll agree on a time with you before confirming an appointment.

Are loads, rates, or earnings guaranteed?

No. This site is not a load board or freight marketplace, and it makes no guarantees about loads, rates, customers, or earnings.
